For me and Ma-anne, good lighting is King! So we are constantly looking for innovative ways how to enhance our outputs by putting beautiful creative lighting to our wedding coverage.
We recently purchased the "Ice Light" a portable, dimmable, daylight balanced, continuous LED light source, it's perfect for my creative fast paced wedding style of shooting. And of course it was designed by my mentor & one of the top five best wedding photographers in the world! You can see us in the middle of this photo. = )
The Ice Light™ is a portable, dimmable, daylight balanced, continuous LED light source with a built in battery.
Cutting Edge Technology
The ICE™ Light features the latest Lithium Ion battery technology and can be run both AC or DC power. Batteries are built into the lightweight 1.3 lb. design and can run for a full 60 minutes at full power. Fast charge times are less than 2.5 hours. Plug the ICE™ Light into any standard power outlet and run continuously (all while charging the unit).
The latest LED technology offers a flicker-free light source perfect for both photo and video applications. The custom-designed curved front has a 72-degree wide beam spread ideal for achieving soft, even wrap-around light.
Soft, Even Daylight Color
The LED array combined with the diffused front face offers an extremely soft and evenly wrap-around light source. This eliminates the need for additional light modifying tools. Lamps are true daylight color and rated for over 50,000 hours of use.
Perfect For Travel
The ergonomic design allows for single-handed operation and requires no additional mounting accessories. Both ends of the Ice Light incorporate a ¼-20” Thread with the option of mounting to a light stand, tilter bracket or mini tripod.
The included carry case with shoulder and belt strap make going on-location a breeze. The ICE™ Light fits inside most regulation carry-on luggage. Multi voltage 100-240v allows for adaptability when traveling internationally.

Sometimes the most powerful point in a photograph isn't the subject, but just beyond him or her, in the shadows. A perception instinct.
One Day Without Shoes is the day we raise awareness of the impact a pair of shoes can have on a child’s life by taking off our own.
Special Thanks to TOMS SHOES Philippines for having me to document their successful One Day Without Shoes 2011 Event held in Trinoma Open Garden yesterday. Kudos to you guys!
